Walking distance to many wonderful beach restaurants, night-life entertainment, & shopping. The outside pool/ patio area includes a heated pool, umbrella seating, a hot tub, a gas bbq grill & a private beach access to the gulf shore!
Fully furnished including 3 Flat screen TVs with DVD and/or VCR. Plasma TV in Living Room has surround sound stereo system. High speed internet access, Heated pool, jacuzzi and gas grill- all beachside.
This is a small (20 unit) intimate building on the Narrows, Fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen including granite countertops, upgraded appliances, separate dining area & breakfast bar seating. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside unit.
You will have access to our poolside cabana, where beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys are conveniently located for our guests use.

Meet the Owners-
Kevin & Michele Morse
We have been coming to Indian Rocks Beach since our youngest child was born and fell in love with this quiet family friendly beach. Growing up at the ocean in Southern California and my husband on the shore of Lake Michigan, this was the perfect compromise to include the sea I love and the calm, family friendly beaches of SW Michigan. We currently live in the Chicagoland area and plan on bringing our family back to IRB annually as part of our family traditions.
